@willgolf. You’re correct about left to right direction, which seems to be an industry standard, or at least the way the lateral under-plug holders are typically wired (I’ve asked and the answer is always the same). If a fuse is in the wrong direction, the sound will be closed in. The difference is readily apparent, even with a new fuse. Always worth checking if in doubt, as I received an SR Orange with the label on backwards. Even nondirectional fuses will often develop a better sounding direction with use. @Ozzy On first application on a USB cable, the NPS-1260 does seem like the real deal. Hadn’t thought about putting it on a fuse, but it does make sense, if it can be made to hold. |
