Yes, it's quite obvious they're spam so don't click on their links. Just take the time to report them as I do when I encounter it and bask in the knowledge you got rid of them.
Sadly at times reminds me of scummy Twitter when topics are removed such as mention of a new fuse ,or comment about a specific dealer , That I would call censorship .
