Whats on your turntable tonight?

For me its the first or very early LP's of:
Allman Brothers - "Allman Joys" "Idyllwild South"
Santana - "Santana" 200 g reissue
Emerson Lake and Palmer - "Emerson Lake and Palmer"
and,
Beethoven - "Piano Concerto No. 4 in G Major" Rudolph Serkin/Ozawa/BSO
slipknot1

You guys are a bad influance. (😉).

One of my favorite groups/bands in the 90’s was The Sundays. They only produced three albums, and have them all on CD. The vinyl today is very high priced.

But, I just cracked open the wallet and purchased a NM copy of Reading, Writing, and Artithmatic, their first LP. $130 with tax. Holy smokes, never thought I would spend that much for a single LP.

The other two are going for twice that much, Blind going for $350-500 easily. Eventually.... lol

@slaw  Happy birthday, Steve! With the Rilo/Jenny momentum, it's a good day to remember that you were "Born Secular"

@bkeske I bought an original to replace a missing record recently for the most I’ve ever spent on an album. $105. I hope it arrives safely from Europe.

@slaw Happy Birthday Steve - keeper of the vinyl flame !!!! Care package on da way brother:-)
