@isochronism
"Research AZT for HIV" and off we go down the rabbit hole. See this is the problem with "research" in the looney library, people see lines and connections where nothing exists. When you start with a predetermined outcome, you can always find, and preferentially select, data points that appear to support the theme. Basic logical error in data interpretation. And to your point: A) AZT has nothing to do with COVID, nor with Moderna, what was being discussed if you recollect and B) What Fauci may or may not have done in the '80s, with Burroughs Welcome, with AZT, is totally irrelevant to the conspiracy claims of foul evil deeds 30 years later with a different disease, different mediciinal treatment (vaccines are NOT drugs for those who don't know) regimen, different company, even a completely different branch of FDA!! CBER vs CDER - ask the CIA, er, Google, it's there for all to see. I've written and/or reviewed and filed a number of NDAs and BLAs, the last one not 3 months ago. I know how this works, you apparently do not.
"Robert Kennedy in his book about Fauci..." Ok, enough said there Cochise. Hate to break it to you, but brilliance and batguano crazy are demonstrably easy cohabitors, mentally that is. Linus Pauling was a brilliant Nobel Laureate until his little red choo-choo took the track to nutville. Robert Kennedy was the conductor on that same train, same destination, although he got on at a much later stop.
You want to believe cranks and crackpots because they align with your chosen world view, have at it. It's free country. But don't drop your drawers in public, metaphorically, and expect people not to point you out and laugh. They/we live in a free country as well.
