Speakers Under $500

My current FL/FL are JBL Stage A130.  Center channel is psb Imagine XC.  Are there better JBL Stage A130 speakers for a HT room that is 8 X 10 w 8 foot ceiling, and under $500?

I am a DD  movie person with 10% mp3 listener.  My AVR is a Denon S960H w installed 5.1 system.  My 55" 4K TV and front speakers are 6.5 feet avg. distance to my ears.  Perhaps there is not much of a difference in bookshelf speakers, no matter the quality, for my size room and a DD movie person?
