Right now I can't figure out how to get the endcaps off a 608zz bearing

The SKF and other quality bearings of that style and size are available on Amazon. 

My service manual states "Mobil DTE extra heavy." This for sintered bearing, assume the ball bearing uses same, although states, "All bearings lubricated for life and normally require no service."
