Coincident 34SE MK II AMP--- replacing the fuse

Just became the second owner of this amp. I'm having difficulty gaining access to the inside of the unit. There is an orange tab underneath the amp that is supposed to be slid forward with a small screwdriver. I've done that but the tab still remains in the way. How do you move it get inside ? Why is something so simple a mystery ?

Thanks for anybody's help out there.

Not an owner but the only orange "tab" I can see under the amp is the voltage selector slide switch. Have you removed the 6 self tapper screws?

From the photos in several reviews it sure appears the fuse is in the IEC connector.  Nothing on the bottom but voltage switch.

Maybe you know this but fuse is often built into the IEC plug and replaced from outside amp.
