Audiophiles - Your Favorite Food??

Well, after listening to la musica for a couple of hours now, and its winter and I'm hungry, I am getting to run to my favorite sushi place called Shanes.. And to get to know everyone better, I was wondering your favorite food and place to eat it..

Wild caught salmon grilled (wood fire) using Himalayan Salt Block. Lightly coated with extra verging olive oil, seasoned lightly with Italian seasoning. Grilled Romaine lettuce, grilled  brussels sprouts and wild rice (not uncle bens). A nice Guinness Stout  and I am good.

I also smoke a lot of meats and my kids love my choppy pork. 

I could eat fish every day.

Whatever doesn't give me acid reflux.

Check out thatdudecancook channel over on YouTube. He's funny and what he can do with food is amazing. I tried his butter basted salmon and almost lost my mind: it tasted so good.
