Another reason to go with active speakers, notice the XLR and RCA inputs with the toggle switch:

Now I can run the pre-outs from the Sony TAZH1-ES to the RCA inputs. It has its own remote control so it doubles as my dedicated two channel system, tada!

This is one of the most hilarious threads I have yet to see on Audiogon.
