Velodyne DD15 - internal wiring

My DD15 stopped working (just back from repair).

Took the plate amp out and checked both fuses (good), power going to the board.

I DID find 2 wires (3 pin and 4 pin) inside the box that were NOT connected.

Can someone tell me where they are supposed to connect to the amp?

But it alway takes a few days (emailed Thursday), and not sure if they have sub specific wiring photos. The photos I took prior to sending in last time do not show.
