Velodyne DD15 - internal wiring

My DD15 stopped working (just back from repair).

Took the plate amp out and checked both fuses (good), power going to the board.

I DID find 2 wires (3 pin and 4 pin) inside the box that were NOT connected.

Can someone tell me where they are supposed to connect to the amp?

Found the 4 pin with thick black wire going to botto 4 pin, now connected. Have NOT found a come for the other thick black cable with 3 pin connector.
