Wall wart removal...why no products that can handle multiple devices?

If you're like me I've got quite a few wall warts all with varying degrees of electrical needs. Are you aware of any product that could eliminate the need for multiple wall warts and replace it with a single device that you plug your devices into that without the need for all kinds of wall warts?

Here's possibly something similar and I don't know if this would work but it gives an idea of what I'm talking about.
