Problems with lost Qobus Playlists?

I lost 24 of 26 Qobus playlists. I was able to retrieve them thanks to Soundiiz. However, I just discovered they are missing once again. The same two playlists show up and the other 24 disappeared. I guess I need to backup again via Soundiiz.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

Thank you!

Qobuz is my favorite for sound quality. But I don't love their interface or some of the quirks. I don't really make many playlists so haven't had this exact problem. But I've experienced other odd behavior on both a PC and on the phone app.

Like playing offline downloaded music in my car will pause every so often, I think when my phone recognizes a wireless hotspot as it passes by. I think Qobuz is trying to validate my credentials or something. But that only needs to be done once a month or so, not every few minutes! It's frustrating enough where I don't want to use it. If I turn on airplane mode it works fine but I need to be reachable so that doesn't work for me.

Playlists created on Qobuz are no longer recognizable as discrete collections. Qobuz has taken the liberty of mixing and hiding at its sole whimsical discretion. SQ is the best of any streaming service, but Conductor app not so much. No solutions to offer as yet as I have not solved my own Qobuz troubles.

I'm doing it wrong. I have a bunch of playlist Ive created on roon and never listen to them, never,  I only listen to new music I find or sometimes I listen to recordings of a certain band or artist of old but never any of my playlist!

I've found so many good recordings and music I never knew existed! Will it end one day and I'll go back to these playlist?  I wish I could put together the perfect playlist's that would entice me to listen to them.

I experienced that during my free trial of Quboz. After reimporting them from Soundiz I have not had any losses. But Quboz has a poor interface and database. I often look for something under the artist name and can't find it unless I search for a specific album. The list presented under artist name often includes releases by other artists who cover or have similar names to the artist. It's frustrating and Quboz shows no improvement over time. I've taken to putting things in my Bluesound favorites list.

@lovehifi22, What application are you using to access QoBuz? Obviously, if you are using the QoBuz App, it sounds like you need to contact them for assistance for your lost playlists.

If you are not using the QoBuz App, what App are you using? Is it possible this other App is at fault and not QoBuz? Please post your configuration, what hardware you are using and what Apps. Is there any difference between the playlists that get lost and the other playlists that do not? Are they the same size in terms of number of tracks? Anything other difference? Are the playlists getting lost old ones, new ones or random?  Please confirm that ALL App software is up to date and current (probably yes, but I have to ask)?

Unfortunately, these types of issues do NOT get solved quickly. BTW, I had an Audiovana issue when my playlist tracks were in the correct sequence and the displayed albums were not. I searched everywhere, checked my settings and called my friends. No one had an answer. I posted the question on Audiovana Community Forum and got an answer very quickly. There was setting that I had to set and it fixed everything. Please do not give up. Please keep us posted. Thanks.
