Try a step up transformer.

There may be more to this than just moving some wires around.

Accuphase is a small volume producer that makes units by hand in small batches to order spec’d for specific markets (ie voltages etc).

Are the input amplifiers the same or different for different markets? What about the power transformers?

The resale value of a modified unit will be greatly diminished by those modifications. Even though the 100v units are much cheaper, it may end up being an expensive mistake to try to convert one to 120v. You certainly won’t get any help or information from Accuphase.

Buy used, or buy something made in your own country - or for your market.

I agree with @toronto416 . Not a good idea to mod this item, it will make it worthless. Accuphase sells these with a transformer. Maybe reach out to them and see what they can do for you. Otherwise, I suggest sourcing a 100V power supply. 

An isolation transformer will work just fine. Some people say they are awesome, others say they suck the life out. It is possible you can get PS audio to customize one of their power regenerators. There will certainly be very high quality power supplies for laboratory equipment since the Japanese are consumers of this type of equipment both from the US and Europe, and many of the big player like Agilent will just add a power supply instead of redesigning very sensitive circuits.
