Cube Audio speakers in Northern California?

My audiophile pal in Italy upgraded to Cube Audio speakers and is blown away with them.  I'd be keen to hear a pair if anyone near Sacramento or San Francisco  has a pair that they would allow me to hear.  I will be happy to bring refreshments to the audition.  Thanks.

Thanks for the offer.  I got a pair of Cube Jazzon speakers a while back which I love but am keen to upgrade to their Qualio speakers which are less fussy in terms of amps.  I am parting with both of my Don Sachs amps which pair splendidly with the Cubes.  What are you using for amplification?  Cheers, Mark

I've had Qualio IQ, Nenuphar and now Neuphar mini.  (I've had the mini's and IQ at the same time)

Cube and Qualio are entirely different sounding speakers...

Please elaborate.

I just realized I bought your Qualio IQs. I thought your name sounded familiar.

I’ll second that @ozzy62. I’d love to hear your thoughts @eric5kim on each of those speakers. I’m intrigued by them all. Also what amps have you tried with them?

Nenuphar's are a more "complete" sounding speaker for me.

Does things like coherency and portray realism better.

Better integration of low/mid/high's compared to IQ.  (Nenuphar mini's are better than Neuphar's in this regard)

However, the amplification matching is totally different between the two.

Nenuphar's are harder/more demanding to match and they reveal changes in upstream gear much more than the IQ. (no crossovers)

IQ's are much more forgiving with amplification... they generally like high current/fast amps.

For most ppl, I'd recommend IQ.

For obsessive tweakers who like to tinker and get into various tube amplification, Nenuphar's might be your cup of tea (no one "right" amp, every amp/tube has their strengths and weaknesses so you have to match according to your preference)
