Legacy Audio Focus SE and rivals

I am Interested at Legacy Audio Focus SE - their natural look Is exceptional, they are very efficient, got 2 x 12 Inch woofers which cut off  low end at 18 Hz at - 2 dB , curious about  HF end where cut off Is 30 kHz

I would like to ask you - are they neutral sound speaker, are they sensitive to closer to wall placing

are there any better alternative at that price

Yes sir!  I've had the system for years and bought the speakers directly from Bill Dudleston at the Legacy factory; also have another system with Focus 1037 Be speakers and an associated subwoofer. At 70 the brain sometimes wonders. I love both systems but the Legacy one is my downstairs heavy duty system.. Both systems are driven with BAT equipment. Just listened tonight to some incredible music. Phil Manzanera and Chris Rea.

Sounds like the Focus SE is the hot number and I have been struggling over this because I have a pair of Ohm Walsh 2000 that I really like but they are on the small side for the room I am trying to fill with sound. I have been considering the F5's due to built in subs and power handling capacity as well as bandwidth. But I keep coming back to Legacy audio...ok I have a pair of old signature III from Legacy that are really good, even now 30 plus years later. So I am torn... F5 or Legacy Focus SE? Help!
