THORENS in USA

I understand that THORENS is no longer distributed by Naim in the USA.  I was looking to buy a TD-1601 with a TP-160 tone arm.   They had good reviews, but they do not seem to be readily available in the USA.  The two dealers that I know that used to carry them no longer do.   Is that a red flag or am I just looking in the wrong spot?

@lewl28 nice looking table by the way.  I have an old Thorens TD150 mkII and love it.

I have reached out to Thorens to see where distribution may be going.  Focal Naim has basically had not stock for months and what I had is sold out.  If you want something sooner, I would look at a Linn Majik or something like it as an alternative.

It has "electronical" speed control. That’s good enough for me. LOL
