DeVore O/96 Unboxing

I’m not a sushi freak. I like it but I’m not the connoisseur guy that sits at the counter and just lets the chef create what he wants to serve me. 

Opening my speakers was quite a nervous reveal. I knew that hand curated, walnut finish baffles is a DeVore variable that just is what it is. I had to trust that the master chef had created a beautiful and delicious meal for me. He did. And my wife approves too. Whew.

These replaced PureAudioProject Trio15 Classics (PiFe). I spent 18 very passionate months trying to evoke my sound from them. Lots of effort and gear and room correction but I never felt I got more than around 80% of what I hear in my heart and soul. Sadly, decided to move on.
