I don’t have InnuOS but here’s what I was able to google
- Access the Sense app: Open the Innuos Sense app on your device.
- Navigate to settings: Go to System > Settings > Audio.
- Locate USB Latency Mode: Find the setting labeled "USB Latency Mode".
- Choose your setting: You can choose between "Normal" or "Low".
- Experiment: Try both settings to see which one you prefer for your setup and listening preferences.
Considerations:
- "Normal" mode: is generally recommended as it is a safer buffer for DACs.
- "Low" mode: can potentially offer audible improvements in sound quality but may not be compatible with all DACs, according to Innuos Community.
- If you encounter issues with your DAC after switching to "Low" mode, revert to "Normal".
