It’s funny how much of the better tube amps from the 60’s still are considered good quality today in terms of both reliability & sound quality but much of the early transistor amps from then are not.
I suppose it’s because tubes had been around for decades by then & transistors were relatively new. It makes me wonder what current technologies in today’s audio will still be considered good 30 years from now.? Good turntables are perhaps the best example of true lasting quality.
