Power conditioner with remote?

Can anyone recommend a power conditioner I can use with all my components that includes a remote? I would like to improve the sound if possible, cut down on cords running to outlets, and be able to shut off all my components remotely. This is a two channel system-Sony SACD and CJ. Thanks!
