Opinions on Luxman SQ-88 integrated amplifier

heard on my last trip to japan. badged luxman, and built in china. its ok, but a rogue cronus is way better.

...and awy cheaper?

i think the cronus is still in the line up, and not that bad costwise..

There's an article on the Luxman in the December issue of Absolute Sound. They like it, but then again they like everything they review.

I recently had a 25 watt class A Luxman integrated on loan for a while. It was really nice. Very dynamic, super clean and natural. Plenty of power and features and a great phono stage.

No idea about the tube unit you are asking about but Mastersound is real nice!
