Best speaker under $2K?..Thats easy. The remarkable Polk LSIM 703. $1500.00 a pair. Powerful bass. Go down to 36Hz.

Have a full relaxed organic character that is very engaging. Can handle a 500 watt amp without breaking a sweat. One of the most musical speakers on the planet regardless of your choice of music.
