    I'm only about 25 minutes into the video that rodman9999 provided and when I came to the pun Fysiks (invented by the hippy physicists), a light bulb went off over my pate. 
    Knowing that Rob Reiner was a child of those times, I wondered when he wrote and directed The Princess Bride, if he named Andre the Giant's character Fezzik, to commemorate, in some manner, those physicists. 
     Fezzik was always considered dense and slow but always came through, not to mention having the worst rhyming puns imaginable.

I create my own "sonic bliss bubble" by imbibing a good glass of burgundy. The burgundy ends up dispersing the old fashioned way.

@mijostyn-   At one time: I had designed a hexagon auditorium, sound treatments and system, for a local church, that subsequently hired me to run it, for a couple years.  
     The Pastor wanted the messages recorded, in script, via the computer system in the sound booth and bought voice recognition software, to facilitate that.   He spoke with a Texas drawl and some of the results, were absolutely hilarious.  
     The name 'Dragon' sounds familiar.  Were they around, some 10 or 12 years ago?  
     Thanks for the tip, but, as is probably obvious: I'm having too much fun, with this new skill(?).  
      Now: if I can only remember to stop hitting the periods, instead of the space bar, before Enter, and having to erase them....

     Far as our particular view of the universe (ie: Quantum Hologram/String Theory is the, "what you see is what you get", Multiverse, Big Bang, and dozen, even weirder); it's my guess, we're all going to be surprised, when we leave this plane.   Our minds are comprised of measurable electromagnetic waves and something (some rumors have it) that weighs 21oz.    
     Haven't tested that last one, BUT: I do know that according to the LAWS (there aren't many of those, in the Sciences) of Thermodynamics (the first, actually, being Conservation of Energy), energy can neither be created nor destroyed.     So, where does that energy go?
     Personally: given that science has proven/observed, in the most complete vacuums man can create: subatomic particles pop into existence and are annihilated in a tiny fraction of a second.     From where do they originate and go?        My best guess is another dimension.   
     (I'll bet the following will generate some responses, far as my sanity or, at least tweak some gourds)   What do you bet, when the World's governments finally reveal all the classified data, collected in the past decades, regarding UFO/UAPs; The rhetoric will be, they're from another dimension?

The thing about the moon not being there unless you look for it, everything is like that. We ourselves bring this entire universe into being. Not that hardly anyone likes to think about it, strange piled on weird stacked on impossible all resting on a solid foundation of unlikely. If a tree falls in a forest and there is no one to hear it does it make a sound? No. It makes pressure waves in air. Sound is an experience only an organism can have.

When we look at the night sky and see a star, we say a photon traveled untold light years to get here. And hit our eye. That one lonely photon. Or more. Whatever. Thing of it is, at that distance how did it know to reach us right when we went to look?

One might say oh knock it off it was shining the whole time. But if so then why was the sky dark? Because if that amount of light was coming from that one star all the time for everyone everywhere it would cover the ground, the night sky would not be dark.

Funny, that you mentioned Hubbel.      When Einstein came up with his eloquent little theorem on gravity; he couldn't account for all the mass it would take for a stable/static universe.      He had to add what's referred to as the Cosmological Constant (Lamda), which (it's said) he considered his greatest blunder, until he died.       In 1998, the Hubbel telescope proved him correct!     Shame that he wasn't around for that!      Just another case of not knowing what (or having the means) to measure whatever's being argued about  (ie: tweeks/snake oil).           https://www.space.com/9593-einstein-biggest-blunder-turns.html

A very interesting experiment was done with the Hubble telescope: it was used to take a picture of the emptiest part of the emptiest region of space we could find. To our shock and amazement the image was chock full of galaxies, quasars, and supernovas. It would seem there is no such thing as empty space. Not if you look far enough and close enough anyway.   

Okay. But then why is space black? If no matter where you look there is light, then why isn't it all lit up? When we look it is all lit up. When we don't, it isn't.

Without basic scientific research -- hypothesis, theory, testing, invention, etc. -- we’d lack so much that makes live both livable and survivable. There were no typing courses at Case Tech and I've never mastered the skill of paragraphs, on this site.    My tab key doesn't function in here and my typing stinks, anyway.            Still: no one interested in actually learning something, should have the least bit of trouble following the lines.     Only those many, in here, that have chosen to ignore (remain willfully ignorant of) the history of Physics.     Back in 1927 Vienna, at the fifth Solvay Conference on Physics, some of the greatest minds on the planet (ie: Einstein, Bohr, Schrodinger, Heisenberg, Curie, etc) got together, to discuss things like photons and electrons.        Arguments quickly ensued between those that wanted the universe to make sense, based on classical Physics and/or Relativity and those that were theorizing about quanta (packets of energy) and how so many things, observed in their experiments and in their theorems, based on such as Planck's Constant and Heisenberg's Uncertainty, seemed irrational.      Every day: Einstein would come up with an objection, as to why such must be in error and by evening: Bohr would have an answer.     As an example: Wave-Particle Duality.      Einstein wanted electrons to just be solid particles, all the time.    Bohr asserted that they existed as fuzzy/indistinct waves, with no particular position.   Only a multitude of possibilities, until observed or detected, at which time, they become particles.    Einstein replied, "So, you're telling me the moon doesn't exist, until I look at it?"      Anyway, that's a miniscule, much simplified slice, of what took place then.                   What followed that conference, is a matter of history and experimentation.    Some proved Einstein's assertions.  Others: Bohrs      Probably: the resultant inventions that are most notable, whether you believe them to be evil or not, were the Atomic and Hydrogen Bombs.    Obviously Quantum Mechanics works.     One of the arguments, of which I was most interested, back in the 60's, while studying Physics, was that of Entanglement (if a photon or electron are split into two entities, each when detected/observed, will exhibit identical properties, whether across the room, or across the universe.    Einstein called it, "spooky action at a distance".   To make it fit with Relativity, his universal speed limit (speed of light) and make any sense, at all: he postulated that when a photon is split in two, both (at the source) already have those properties determined.       Quantum Mechanics stated they exist as wave functions and don't exhibit any properties until observed/detected, at which point the information is instantaneously communicated (again: regardless of distance).       No one had a theorem, by which to test that, until a guy named Bell (who I believe to have actually been ambivalent about the whole thing) came up with one.   He lacked the means, by which to test his math, however.       Then: a couple guys at Berkley, California cobbled some equipment together and proved the Quantum Mechanics view correct, using Bell's theorem.       You can deny the facts, until you're blue in the face, BUT, without what's been gleaned from the study of Quantum Mechanics: we wouldn't have a few of the inventions that I'll just bet most of you have in in your homes.  ie: LASERs, GPS, anything digital (computers, cellphones, smartphones), semiconductors (ie: diodes, transistors, ICs, etc), the electron microscope, and MRI (well, maybe those two, not in your home).    The list could go on.        About Nicola Tesla: make fun, if you will, but he's to be thanked for the AC you're enjoying, in your home.     His inventions and genius took the likes of you, kicking and screaming, into the Twentieth Century.       Everything in this post can be EASILY VERIFIED, on the Net.       PROBABLY: the first objection will be, "Too long to read!"
