Brooklyn Bridge or Aurender

Thinking of replacing my Aurender N100 / Brooklyn dac combo with one piece - the Mytek Brooklyn Bridge. It would add Roon capability, and probably be a lateral shift in SQ. Thoughts?

I wouldn’t trust anything Aurender did after they did this with their A10 network player/server trying to make MQA seem better than when it was switched out.

"However, the A10’s misapplication of the MQA reconstruction filter to non-MQA files stored on its internal drive means we must withhold a full recommendation for the A10 until this problem has been corrected."

This to me smells, to hobble anything that’s non MQA.

Good on ya JA for not withholding it.

Wow George.
Does my N100 have this problem? I rarely listen to files that are stored on the hard drive. Do mostly Tidal listening, when I’m not listening to lp’s.
Tony in CA.
Aurender routinely fixes things via app updates.
I have an Aurender and it sounds fine. Don’t get too hung up on this.
The fact they didn't respond means nothing.
The N100 doesn’t have a DAC so it doesn’t decode MQA. I have a N100H and I've not had a problem using internal storage.
