Magnepan service shut down

Magnepan says; "This temporary suspension on service and parts requests does not apply to warranty service and parts"

You are probably not getting a return call because they can't do anything for you at this time. Magnepan is a small company and they are having trouble keeping up with the boom in hi-fi sales currently. They are doing their best they can but getting people is difficult from what I hear.

Yours look pretty broken down mozartfan, with missing screws etc.

That's most likely true but leaves me not knowing how long I will have to wait to get my speakers working again. I believe a quick call to take the order and let me know about how long to expect shipment would be in order for an existing customer.

Dat's the way it is now daze. I just visited a pharmacy with one guy (all day) filling scripts, making sales, taking calls,  jabbing walk ins etc.
Maybe pan does not have superhuman employees like that.
