Has anyone heard the new Eric Alexander signature speakers the matrix LS?

Yet another thread to go down the toilet. Two days in and already five removed posts. Yah!

There are a lot of high quality drivers here. I would be curious for 18k (disregarding looks) you get a much better damped cabinet. One thing with my DIs is the cabinets would talk at loud volumes on bass heavy music. At 18k that would be unacceptable. 
 
list price on all these drivers is probably in the 8-9k range so that’s half the total cost in raw drivers. Yeah I know based on volume Tekton probably pays half that. What are the crossover components etc. personally I would like to hear a pair of these and put them through their paces.

Have not seen these but any speakers at that price better look nice unless they are designed for commercial use in large auditoriums, arenas, etc.

Otherwise maybe these will corner some very limited market for less attractive expensive home speakers and still turn a nice profit. Assuming they have high sensitivity and extended bass response going for them so that will help.

Just saying. Have not seen or heard.

Just think of all the other speakers that you could buy with a list price of 18K or less.

Then think of all the other additional speakers that you could buy gently used for 18K or less.

Then ask yourself very calmly why you would choose this speaker over all the other choices.

BTW, I am a robot with special image-sensing and image-recognition software.
