There are many variations of this but effectively the same: today only, by the end of the month, by two get one free, MSRP is X but we’ll it for only .8X etc. “ Value” is all relative to your taste but in the end, just have to decide if what you’re actually getting is worth it to you.
Many times if a used piece of gear is more than a couple years old, the retail price listed is what it sold for THEN....todays' retail would be different.
