looks home made to me, no CSA testing or certification for example. Anything sold would require testing, certification labeling. This leads me to think its not a commercial unit but a custom made unit.
I don't think it's a Quicksilver either. Most of their amps that are that form factor have power input , switch , and fuse on one end and speaker terminals on the other
