OCD mickey website and negativity.

I am not a fan anymore. I enjoyed the channel for a time as an entertaining distraction. The more I watched his frequent live shows I quite honestly was put off by his dismissive and know it all  attitude. He was especially critical in a very ugly and vulgar way of John DeVore. It’s fine to not like someone’s product but to insinuate something vial about that person? Way over the line for what I will put up with and typical of the world we live in ant present. 

He knows a lot about things technically and very familiar with the industry. Not sure how someone can do a live show so frequently.

I don’t think he’s succeeding with his efforts to be a disruptor.  

I think he needs to revisit the core of what he’s all about with respect to educating others and not taking down others in such a bitter and negative way.

I don't understand what motivates him.  I guess he's basically doing a business out of his basement.  Gets products in and touts them as amazing.  I'm not sure what to believe it's kind of been disappointing.

Most fascinating thing about Mikey is that he as neurotic as hell. It is abating somewhat as he ages, but I always watch him as an instructional video about what happens when a hobby gets out of hand. Recently, it looks to me like he has started taking medications for anxiety/depression,or perhaps he has started a regimen of regular exercise.

I watch a lot of his videos and generally find them entertaining, and I have learned some things from him. I don’t like the attacks on other brands, but he’s a dealer and there is no hidden conflict of interest. Everybody knows he is criticizing competitors, which suggests a grain of salt might be in order
I prefer this to YouTube reviewers who love every product and often have undisclosed conflicts of interest.

I haven’t bought anything from him, but would certainly consider it. I understand why he has attracted some critics and some of it seems well deserved. On the other hand, I assume he sells a fair bit of gear and I have not seen any post from dissatisfied customers. On the contrary, it seems that the people who have dealt with him are very satisfied and that is to his credit
