Who is your favorite tube seller?

Brent Jesse exclusively. 

I've been going to one guy for tube advice and sales since I started doing this - Brent Jessee. I heard about him from others, and I trust his advice and you know the tubes are legit. If there's a problem, he'll get it sorted with a replacement or a refund. 

I had been a tube based audiophile for over 40 years before switching to the Dark Side (Solid State) last year. For me, like many of you, the NOS guy was Brent Jessee.

For new tubes, I bought Sophia Electric Blue Glass whenever applicable. Yes, made in China, and not cheap, but often better than NOS  equivalents.

Andy at Vintage Tube Service was the only guy I trusted.

Expensive but quiet, Wathen Audio Cryotubes. Quieted my Decware phono pre considerably.
