Tekton Double Impacts

Anybody out there heard these??

I have dedicated audio room 14.5x20.5x9 ft.  Currently have Marantz Reference CD/Intergrated paired to Magnepan 1.7's with REL T-7 subs.  For the vast majority of music I love this system.  The only nit pick is that it is lacking/limited in covering say below 35 hz or so.  For the first time actually buzzed the panel with an organ sacd. Bummer.  Thought of upgrading subs to rythmicks but then I will need to high pass the 1.7's.  Really don't want to deal with that approach.

Enter the Double Impacts.  Many interesting things here.  Would certainly have a different set of strengths here.  Dynamics, claimed bottom octave coverage in one package, suspect a good match to current electronics.

I've read all the threads here so we do not need to rehash that.  Just wondering if others out there have FIRST HAND experience with these or other Tekton speakers

Thanks.

It's of no concern to me, but Tekton's first explanation of why they won't release information regarding the speaker driver type doesn't make total sense.  If a competitor wanted to learn about the speaker and its drivers, they would just buy a pair and take them apart.  The second explanation makes sense though, if drivers are going to be changed over time, purchasers may prefer the newer or original driver better and wish they had the other.
Manati,
I will second giving the Cerious cables a try. I find them to be a great match with the DI's. Congrats on your new speakers and the musical enjoyment they bring.

+1 Jetter,
You beat me to it. I was waiting for the SE version myself and thought the price as well as the parts used should align with my $$$, and not just the sound, considering it is priced twice as much as the standard SE.  The explanation doesn't make sense to me as well.  If I am a speaker designer and want to copy it, I would just buy a pair, take them apart to capture as much as I can and resell it or something. Perhaps the enclosure should be made such that no one can open it to peek at the parts used - now that would make more sense.
