Bryston Service A-1

Had an issue with my BDP-3 Musc player.

Was ready to send it in to bryston for check out.

Got a call back from someone familiar with the unit

Took over my keyboard by remote fixed the problem.

Great customer service

You don't really ever have to touch it. Been using my little BDP Pi like that for several years now. Reliable.

They had one support guy ("Ari") whose "solutions" to problems showed he hadn't bothered to read the remedies I'd already tried. Audio should be fun so I moved on. I think the Bryston is terrific.
