It is like in audio where most people mistook the marketting engineering publicities measures with real acoustic experience... Suffice to experiment with acoustic versus upgrading an amplifier or any other piece of gear to know the difference... I only trust my doctor. He knows me best. Some people shouldn’t get the vaccine. I’d like to know if I am one if them. The most credible talking heads tell anyone questioning if the should get the vaccine to talk to their doctor. How can anyone possibly argue with that? I am a big Neil fan as well, but the SQ had nothing to do with his request to have his music removed from Spotify. He wanted Joe Rogan's misinformation about vaccinations removed, and apparently it has been done, but Neil is gone from there anyway and like he say "once you're gone, you can't come back, when you're out of the blue and into the black". Neil is very passionate about preserving his music the way he intended it to be. It’s 50 plus years of work they are trifling with and I don’t blame him one bit. The PONO player he had invented failed and the way he brought it about was to take Steve Jobs of Apple for a ride in his old car to hear it. Jobs was impressed and was all in, then he died. Neil then tried the go fund me route or some other fundraising platform and there wasn’t enough interest. I was looking forward to being able to take PONO with me on my motorcycle journeys. |

To clear, this whole thing is not and was never about, vaccine misinformation on Joe’s show. The JRE offers a platform where people, if they choose, can give dialogue that differs with the Left. The Left wants to remove any and all such platforms which provide people that opportunity. I thought we all agreed that anyone who doesn't want to get the vaccine should consult with their doctor. Forget all the arguments from pundits and politicians and government agencies and statistics with their various spins. If you have a doctor and trust them, you consult with them and if they say you shouldn't get the vaccine, they can provide a note showing a medical reason why which will allow you the privilege of the vaccinated. If you don't have a doctor you trust, get one. If not, you deserve what you get. Please can we now end this Monty Python sketch/discussion? |

Big Bill from WHO was warning the public on more than several occasions that we are overpopulated and need som sorts of cure to it. The “CURE” is available today and it’s mandatory. Fair enough to be alert to motives of big corporations.
I will say though that not all are evil. I’ve worked for a fairly large financial services firm for 25 years now. Many people would know the name and may well be customers. The industry is highly regulated and people are held to a high standard in regards to ethics and doing the right thing for both the business AND the customers. We provide a service that many would be much worse off without and am proud of that. My job is to help keep the systems running....
Not a fan of the big drug companies and how they gouge people in need for profit. I suspect we agree on that. Money is probably in fact the root of all evil. Money and the quest for power. Nothing new there! I think most people get that.

Of course it was an attempt at censorship by Young. We can get hung up on the details of whether his actions were “technically” censorship or not, but his intent was clear. He did not simply (and honorably) walk away from Spotify in protest; he gave them an ultimatum…me, or Rogan. There is no doubt in my mind that Young, due to the typical overblown sense of self importance held by some artists, especially the aging ones in search of relevance, was shocked (to say the least) that Spotify would choose Rogan over him. Then, being unsuccessful, he doesn’t stop there. Now he is encouraging those working for Spotify to jump ship and leave their place of employment so as to “save their souls”. Really? Overblown sense of self importance. |
I have many virologists friend on the net... Very simple you pick many you trust and instead of one you have ten... This is only one : Didier Raoult.... one of the Top virologist in the world... I go with what he say and many others virologist say the same thing than him... Then saying that this thread content is all void because you have a virologist friend means what? many virologists go with their story for their own sake... Being a virologist dont make you an independant completely true and free scientist... What do you think pay for many virologists research and fund? mass inforced vaccinations of all people for a coronavirus is stupid, especially with an untested technology...If you think this technology was tested before you are deluded... No need to be a virologist to know, any simple doctor know, that we must treat people if available drug are there... They were banned not by virologists though guess why whom? Wow this thread has gone off the rails, but I have a friend who is a working virologist. I can’t relay how amazing it is to speak with someone in the field and get updates to the rapidly growing knowledge base, as he sometimes contradicts what he said a few months ago, as the science progresses. No agenda’s, no media pundits, no politicians, no corporations, just pure empirical data (of course it has to be interpreted, and perhaps there are varying thoughts on that) Get a virologist friend today! Maybe you can share your knowledge of audio with them.

Neil is within his rights to cancel a contract. Period. That's not censorship, its a choice. He's just notifying anyone who will listen that he does not want to be associated with someone that he feels is misinforming the general public (for profit, shock profit) on an issue that can have severe consequences for some. |
