| Do we really need anything greater than 24/96? Opinions? Comparing the Rolling Stones hybrid SACDs (Ludwig), I think the DSD/SACD sounds just a tad punchier and more airy mids. However, I'm not certain if the redbook layer is a straight downsample from the hi rez or each was mastered separately. | |

| Do I go from a Primaluna HP Integrated to Schiit Freya+ and a pair of Aegir Amps? Do not discount adding subs to your existing system. I have subs with my Zu Omen Defs and the sound is fantastic. I like more bass than most people. | |

| First Watt J2 BTW, If I go the J2 route, I'll use my pre amp's balanced outputs which has 13 db of gain compared to 3db of gain thru RCA. |
