Good to know, I've always enjoyed looking over their catalogue and the'yve been fair in the past about a reasonable return policy. Have bought some new and formerly returned items from them too as a result of their practice. Will be on the lookout then for January's catalogue if that's the case.
I received their thick, presumably annual catalogue, once, after making a relatively expensive purchase. Since then, I've made other comparatively less expensive purchases over the years, including gift purchases. They even sent one of those thick catalogues, once, to one of my brothers-in-law whom I purchased some gifts for over the years. Given what it must cost to produce and mail that thing, my assumption has always been that you would only receive that big catalogue (i.e. stay on their big catalogue mailing list) if you spend enough money on their merchandise. Is this not so?
You can request one on their website for free. If I recall correctly, you add it to your cart and checkout like you would do when making a purchase. Or you can request one by phone. I buy a lot from them but no longer get one automatically; have to ask.
I have bought some things from them over the last 10 to 12 years but mostly albums and have received their catalog yearly, have not received it this year as of yet and now am wondering if I received it last year. Was last years catalog the one with Robbie Robertson? Enjoy the music
